Competitor Analysis:
As a part of competitor Analysis, i have gone through three web applications Atlassian Jira, Asana, Office Timer.

Based on this analysis, each tool has its strengths and weaknesses, catering to different user needs and preferences. Atlassian Jira is powerful but complex, Asana is user-friendly with robust collaboration features, and Office Timer focuses on simplicity and affordability for time tracking and project management.
Task Flow:
The task flow of a task management web application typically involves several key stages: Firstly, users log in or sign up to access the platform. Once authenticated, they are presented with a dashboard or home screen where they can view their tasks, create new tasks, or organize existing ones. Users can prioritize tasks, assign deadlines, and categorize them based on projects or tags. They can also collaborate with others by sharing tasks or creating teams. Notifications alert users of upcoming deadlines or task assignments. Additionally, they can generate reports or insights to analyze their productivity. Finally, users can log out or exit the application, ensuring their data is securely stored for future use.
Design System:
Typography:
"Helvetica Neue," which is a widely used web fonts. It offers a cleaner and more modern look compared to its predecessor, making it popular in various design applications such as graphic design, web design, and print media.
Color Scheme:
Sidebar (#1C2434): A deep navy blue, almost black, suitable for providing a subtle and sophisticated background to the sidebar. This color choice ensures that the sidebar doesn't overwhelm the user interface but still provides enough contrast for readability and visual separation.

Buttons (#3C50E0): A vibrant and eye-catching shade of blue, creating a striking contrast against the background. This color choice for buttons adds emphasis and encourages user interaction. It's bold without being too overwhelming, making it suitable for various call-to-action elements throughout the application.

Background (#F1F5F9): A light and airy shade of off-white, offering a clean and modern look to the application. This color choice provides a neutral backdrop that allows other elements, such as text and graphics, to stand out clearly. The subtle hint of blue undertone adds a touch of sophistication and cohesion to the overall color scheme.
